*Submission of a case does not guarantee acceptance. Case submissions will be evaluated by faculty and Medical Director on an individual basis to determine if it is appropriate for the program based on the learning objectives and target audience. Individuals who submit a case will be notified whether their case was accepted or not based on the criteria above. We will keep you updated on your application status and next steps.
