PROGRAM OVERVIEW
This enduring activity is focused on the care of patients with multiple sclerosis.
TARGET AUDIENCE
This CME initiative is designed to meet the needs of physicians, specialists, nurses, nurse practitioners, and other
health care professionals treating patients with MS.
LEARNING OBJECTIVES
After completing the CME activity, learners should be better able to:
- Review the role of shared decision-making (SDM) in designing treatment plans and long-term care for patients with MS
- Identify ways to improve patients’ engagement in their MS care through review of preferences, goals, and individual circumstances
- Assess treatment options for MS along with their roles in the individualized treatment of MS
