This program aims to discuss newer noninvasive prenatal testing options compared with traditional invasive screening methodologies, assess effective ways for pre- and post-screening counseling, and help clinicians choose appropriate screening interventions in their pregnant patients.
This online patient progression Jeopardy Challenge program is designed for global healthcare providers in the obstetrical field, including physicians, midwives, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, and general practitioners who provide primary obstetrical services in certain countries, and genetic professionals, such as genetic counselors and physicians.
Upon the completion of this program, attendees should be able to:
- Assess the benefits and disadvantages associated with newer noninvasive prenatal testing options used for different risk populations as compared with traditional invasive screening methodologies
- Incorporate current guideline recommendations regarding the selection of noninvasive prenatal testing options used for different risk populations
