PROGRAM OVERVIEW

This educational activity will review the use of immuno-oncology agents in combination with chemotherapy for the treatment of patients with triple-negative breast cancer.

TARGET AUDIENCE

This online CME initiative is designed to meet the educational needs of medical oncologists, physician assistants, nurse practitioners, nurses, pharmacists, and other healthcare providers involved in the treatment of patients with breast cancer.

LEARNING OBJECTIVES

Upon the completion of this program, attendees should be able to:

  • Discuss the complementary, antineoplastic mechanisms of action for chemotherapeutic and immunotherapy agents in the treatment of TNBC
  • Apply clinical trial data to optimize combination regimens in the treatment of patients with metastatic TNBC
  • Explain patient-centered shared decision-making approaches to optimize oncology care in the patient with TNBC
