PROGRAM OVERVIEW
This MedGames activity is an online, interactive, gamification-style CME activity that covers important topics in hidradenitis suppurativa (HS). The educational format of this program is engaging and covers the diagnosis of HS, its impact on patients, and clinical data regarding the efficacy and safety of current and emerging treatments for this disease.
TARGET AUDIENCE
This educational activity is designed for US-based dermatologists, primary care physicians, emergency physicians, and other healthcare professionals involved in the management of patients with hidradenitis suppurativa.
LEARNING OBJECTIVES
Upon completion of the program, attendees should be able to:
- Recognize the clinical presentation and disease burden of hidradenitis suppurativa (HS)
- Identify patients with moderate-to-severe disease who are candidates for systemic therapies
- Develop personalized treatment plans for patients with HS that manage symptoms and improve quality of life
