PROGRAM OVERVIEW
This activity was designed to help oncologists and the multidisciplinary care team personalize gastric cancer treatment based on biomarker testing and use targeted therapies for HER2 positive disease treatment beyond the first line.

TARGET AUDIENCE
This activity is designed to meet the educational needs of community medical oncologists, internal medicine physicians, primary care physicians, pathologists and others (eg, nurse practitioners, pharmacists, physician assistants, oncology nurses) involved in the management of patients with gastric and gastroesophageal junction cancers.
EDUCATIONAL OBJECTIVES
Upon completing this program, attendees should be able to:
- Review recent ADC trials results in the second-line treatment of HER2-positive, gastric and gastroesophageal junction cancers
- Summarize the signs, symptoms, and interventions of anti-HER2 targeted therapies in the treatment of patients with GC or GEJ malignancies
- Explain the application of practice guidelines in the management of patients with HER2-positive GC or GEJ who have progressed beyond the first-line
