Invite your patients! Your patients and caregivers living with T1D are encouraged to join and participate in this session. This program is designed to identify and help address the needs of everyone impacted by T1D–clinicians, patients, caregivers—to improve outcomes. Participants will hear testimonials from others living with T1D and will view animations and presentations to inform and empower them about screening for T1D and the continuum of care needed for those diagnosed. They will also have the option to be among the first to participate in the newly released DETECT T1D Insight-to-Action Platform-Patient/Caregiver Network, an online support system for patients and families navigating life with T1D.
