PROGRAM OVERVIEW
This interactive and engaging educational activity equips hematologists and oncologists with practical, evidence-based strategies to optimize care for patients with chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL). It delivers a comprehensive overview of key data on current treatments in standard- and high-risk populations, highlighting their role in individualized treatment selection. Participants will gain insights into biomarker-informed decision-making and learn how minimal residual disease (MRD) assessment is shaping modern approaches to treatment duration, cessation, and retreatment in CLL.
TARGET AUDIENCE
This activity is designed to meet the educational needs of community oncologists, hematologists, and APPs involved in the treatment of CLL.
LEARNING OBJECTIVES
Upon the completion of this program, attendees should be able to:
- Implement biomarker-informed strategies into community practice when selecting first-line and subsequent therapies for patients with CLL
- Summarize key clinical trial results evaluating BTK inhibitors across high-risk and standard-risk CLL subgroups
- Explain the evolving role of MRD assessment in determining treatment cessation or retreatment strategies in CLL
