- Differentiate between inflammatory and mechanical back pain and recognize risk factors for axSpA in patients with chronic back pain
- Utilize screening and referral strategies to identify patients with a high probability of axSpA and promptly refer them to a specialist
- Recognize the impact of axSpA and delays in diagnosis on patient quality of life
TARGET AUDIENCE
This educational activity is specifically designed for US primary care physicians, orthopedists, spine surgeons, physical therapists, chiropractors, and other health care providers who are involved in the care of patients with axial spondyloarthritis (axSpA).
