PROGRAM OVERVIEW
This hybrid (live and online) Whiteboard Satellite Symposium at the annual meeting of the Society of Hematologic Oncology (SOHO 2025 will have two expert faculty leading this activity which will incorporate high-definition slides, interactive case studies, and an immersive whiteboard animation. The program seeks to highlight the latest updates to the clinical guidelines as well as bring the best practices for treatment sequencing of patients with anemia associated with MF to life. The program will also highlight new clinical data for anemia-targeting agents in MF as well as help identify the patients who would benefit most from anemia-sparing therapies.
LEARNING OBJECTIVES:
After completing this activity, the participant should be better able to:
- Summarize the updates to clinical guidelines and best practices informing treatment sequencing for patients suffering from anemia associated with MF.
- Assess the new clinical data for anemia targeting agents in MF.
- Identify patients who could benefit from frontline anemia-sparing therapies.
TARGET AUDIENCE
This program is designed to address the educational needs of the multidisciplinary hematology-oncology team, including hematologists, pathologists, nurses, and other multidisciplinary healthcare professionals working together to address the needs of patients with anemia due to MF.
