PROGRAM OVERVIEW
This online activity is focused on the team involved in the management of patients with asthma.
TARGET AUDIENCE
This CME initiative is designed to meet the educational needs of pulmonologists, allergists, immunologists, and otolaryngologists involved in the healthcare of patients with severe uncontrolled asthma.
LEARNING OBJECTIVES
Upon completion of the CE activity, learners should be better able to:
- Review asthma phenotypes and their role in the development of targeted treatments for severe uncontrolled asthma
- Assess evidence regarding the use of phenotype- or endotype-specific biomarkers for diagnosing, classifying, and controlling asthma
- Apply evidence-based guidance, clinical profiles of current treatments, and patient specific factors to individualize treatment plans for patients with severe uncontrolled asthma
