PROGRAM OVERVIEW

This innovative educational satellite symposium will meet the educational needs of healthcare professionals who are involved in the care of patients with psoriatic arthritis (PsA). Symposium participants will be able to deepen their knowledge of PsA domains and their influence on treatment selection, review safety and efficacy data of current and developing PsA treatments and understand the use of effective communication strategies with patients to improve treatment outcomes.

LEARNING OBJECTIVES:

  • Summarize the domains of PsA, multidomain disease presentations, and their impact on treatment selection
  • Evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety data for current and emerging therapies as well as comparative data and guideline recommendations to inform treatment selection
  • Utilize effective communication strategies to gain a better understanding of comorbidities and the impact of PsA on patient QoL

TARGET AUDIENCE

This educational activity is specifically designed for rheumatologists, rheumatology advanced practice professionals, and internists who are involved in the care of patients with psoriatic arthritis.
