PROGRAM OVERVIEW

This case-based enduring activity will cover the diagnosis, treatment and management of patients with advanced/metastatic gastric cancer and gastroesophageal junction adenocarcinoma.

TARGET AUDIENCE

This activity is designed to educate oncologists, oncology nurses and other health care providers involved in the care of patients with advanced/metastatic gastric cancer and gastroesophageal junction adenocarcinoma.

LEARNING OBJECTIVES

Upon completion of the program, attendees should be able to:

  • Review the histopathologic processes that result in the development and support of gastric and gastroesophageal cancers
  • Describe systemic treatment options efficacy and safety in advanced and metastatic gastric and gastroesophageal junction cancers across all lines of therapy
  • Discuss practice guidelines for the treatment of advanced gastric cancer and gastroesophageal junction cancer from first line through subsequent lines of treatment
