PROGRAM OVERVIEW
This activity will cover the assessment, monitoring, and treatment of patients with advanced or metastatic basal cell or cutaneous squamous cell carcinomas.
TARGET AUDIENCE
This activity is designed to meet the educational needs of medical oncologists, pathologists, dermatologists, and other healthcare practitioners who care for patients with advanced or metastatic basal cell or cutaneous squamous cell carcinomas.
LEARNING OBJECTIVES
On completing the program, attendees should be able to:
- Review the immunology and mutational pathways of non-melanoma skin cancers and their role in pathogenesis
- Identify patients who would benefit from immunotherapy in the treatment of both advanced/metastatic basal cell- and cutaneous squamous cell-carcinoma
- Apply clinical trial findings in accordance with NCCN guidance in the treatment of advanced/metastatic BCC and cSCC
