This case-based enduring activity will cover the long-term treatment and management of patients with psoriasis.
This activity is intended for medical dermatologists, nurses and other healthcare professionals involved in the management of patients with psoriasis.
After completing the CME activity, learners should be better able to:
- Explain how recent discoveries in psoriasis pathophysiology have informed potential therapeutic targets
- Describe the relationship between psoriasis and CVD, and best practices for screening and management of CVD in patients with psoriasis
- Discuss mechanisms of action and efficacy/safety profiles of new and emerging biologics for patients with moderate to severe psoriasis
- Review assessments of response kinetics, symptoms, quality of life, and overall therapeutic goals in patients with psoriasis based on approved and investigational targeted biologics
